We want you to love your piece — if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

• You can return your necklace within 14 days of receiving it
• Items must be unworn and in original packaging
• Email us at hello@brackenandbay.co.uk to arrange your return

• Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• We recommend using tracked delivery
• Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns on custom or personalised items unless faulty
